| HCR 021 | Urges the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide certain National Guard veterans with active-duty benefits |
HCR 21 - This resolution urges the United States Department
of Veterans Affairs to amend current rules and policies to
provide reimbursement to the state for National Guard member-
related costs for stays in state veterans homes, and provide
retired members with a minimum of 20 years of service with the
National Guard the same United States Department of Veterans
Affairs (USDVA) entitlements as an active duty military retiree.
